List of Requirements
- For Senior High School graduates:
- Original Grade 12 report card (Form 138) with the applicant’s eligibility for admission to college duly signed by the senior high school principal
- Original birth certificate printed on Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) paper
- Original Certificate of Good Moral Character (dated not earlier than February of the graduation year) from senior high school (with school seal)
- For Senior High School graduates who did not enroll in any college or university after graduation:
- Original and photocopy of Grade 12 report card
- Certification from the senior high school principal regarding the student’s F137-A
- Original birth certificate printed on PSA paper
- Original Certificate of Good Moral Character (dated not earlier than February of the graduation year) from senior high school (with school seal)
- Contents of the certification are as follows:
- The student’s Form 137-A is still in the school file
- The student’s F137-A has not been forwarded to another college/university
- For foreign graduates in Philippine schools:
- Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or Special Study Permit (SSP)
- Original and photocopy of passport
- Original Grade 12 report card (Form 138) with the applicant’s eligibility for admission to college duly signed by the school principal
- Original Certificate of Good Moral Character (dated not earlier than February of the graduation year) from the high school (with school seal)
- For applicants from schools in the Philippines or schools abroad under DepEd who did not enroll in any college or university after graduation:
- Original and photocopy of Grade 12 report card
- Certification from the high school principal regarding the student’s F137-A.
- Original birth certificate printed on PSA paper
- Original Certificate of Good Moral Character (dated not earlier than February of the graduation year) from the high school (with school seal)
- Contents of the certification are as follows:
- The student’s Form 137-A is still in the school file
- The student’s F137-A has not been forwarded to another college/university
Semestral Cost
- ₱34,000-58,000 per semester
- based on a competitive per-unit rate of ₱1,750
- The total cost of each unit for Mapúa’s fully online master’s degree programs is ₱2,500.00.
